【摘要】城市TOD一体化综合开发大规模推进提升TOD效应的价值实现，文章以郑州滨河国际新城商业水街项目为例探索RBD 模式下的多元化主题区策略，建立以5min 生活圈为主的站区经济共同体，设计多元化的主题品质生活圈，以此推进绿色城市TOD一体化深度的实效发展。
